Objects to Words with Large Movable Alphabet pt.2

This activity is intended for children who mastered sound recognition of print alphabet.
The child names the concrete familiar object placed in front of him/her, sounds it out and attempts to build the words from the sounds s/he hears. In the Montessori environment we start with three letter phonetic words, which sounds follow the sequence consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC words). In the initial presentations, vowels are painted in a different contrasting colour from the consonants.
