    Palak Matar ki sabji
    Bajra ki roti Recipe:-
    Ingredients :-
    Spinach 250 gm ( chopped 1 cup
    Peas 1 cup
    Onion 1 chopped
    Tomato 1 chopped
    Besan 1 tbsp
    Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    Garam masala 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Jaggery 1 tsp ( optional
    Ghee 1 tsp ( optional
    Oil for cooking
    Salt as per taste
    Bajra roti Ingredients:-
    Bajra flour 1 cup
    Salt ( optional
    Water as required
    Method :-
    1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
    2. Add chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
    3. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder ,cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili powder, and mix well.
    4. Add chopped spinach, tomato and green peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the spinach wilts and the peas are soft.
    5. Slowly add gram flour (besan) while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    6. Add salt and mix well. Add a little water to adjust the consistency if needed.
    7. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the besan is fully cooked and the flavors blend.
    8. Sprinkle garam masala , ghee and fresh coriander leave mix, and turn off the heat.
    Bajra roti :-
    1. Take the bajra flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt if using.
    2. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
    3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
    4. Flatten each ball and roll it out into a thick roti using a rolling pin.
    5. Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the roti on medium heat. Flip and cook both sides until brown spots appear.
    6. Serve hot with Palak Matar ki Sabji.
