the written instructions are really valuable and an excellent guide. By reading these script, i have fixed several flaws and, more importantly, i have more understanding of each movememt purpose that improves a lot of my flow.

Mme Reymond l'avait introduite en Suisse et à paris dès le début des années 1960. Elle était une femme et un enseignant exceptionnel, d’une très grande rigueur extérieure et d’une très grande exigence intérieure. Je pratique encore chaque jour ces 3 séquences et aussi le "Tai Chang Chuan" (que nous appelons : Long Yang) et l'épée. Cette forme a été précieusement conservée et se pratique toujours à Genève. Une dame originaire du Vietnam, venant dans le club d'aïkido où j'étais, et a montré ce qu'était le taïchi, et gratuitement, j'ai appris jusqu'à la "dame de jade" Ses élèves dont je faisait parti, en plus c'était varié, femmes ,ados, certains du club où j'étais. Je n'ai pratiqué ensuite que le taïchi décrit.Dans la campagne, que vous faites les enchainements,seul, avec seuls les oiseaux et que vous finissez les mouvements, vous être vraiment détendu, et en accord avec la nature, c'est merveilleux de bien-être physique et mental. (Seul on fait l'art-martial, mais si quelqu'un nous observe, ce sera la gymnastique). J'ai acquis le livre du grand-Maître JAMES K O U. Ici c'est 108 pas

Actually Zhou Youbin's Father was her teacher. In any event, obviously high level gongfu all around.
