Greetings Ma, I mean thorough examination of the property by the Counsel in charge of the property that the tenants are already living in and how many times in a year. Thank You
If it is in the agreement, the terms will be followed as to when and how. If not, it is with the tenant's permission unequivocally obtained as they have possession. It is not recommended to conduct thorough inspection on occupied premises though, this should be done before letting out and after tenant let's up possession, except tenant and landlord agreed to the contrary. The périmètres may be inspected though, and the inside only at the tenant's invitation and prior notice.
Greetings lawyer I have a case at court but the plaintiff don’t show up at court since I paid his money and sometimes the prosecutor is at court but when the case is called he doesn’t stand up and also have been there for like 6 times no show up What do I do

How are cases determined - is it by facts? Because it appears some judgements do not make sense or is judgements influenced?
Cases are determined by fact and law.

What do you mean by house inspection?
Greetings Ma,
I mean thorough examination of the property by the Counsel in charge of the property that the tenants are already living in and how many times in a year.
Thank You
It can be done by a lawyer or any other person managing the property

Your question is unclear. There cannot be a plaintiff and a prosecutor in the same matter.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
The last time I went to court the plaintiff was absent and the prosecutor was present but didn’t get up when the case was called
Please what do I do?
I thought the prosecutor was the one With the plaintiff case and I am the defendant
