It does not cause any problems to the infotainment system as it does not make changes to the system. This is compatible with Kwid if it has wired carplay and android auto.
Performance is fine so far. It does not disconnect in between. One thing to remember is that just connect one phone only at a time. If you have two previously connected phone in vicinity then there may be a problem in connection.
Does it have gps chip built in?
They normally come with GPS built in. It should have it too.

This adapter won’t do that, but you can buy Carlinkit 4.0 to get the ability if you have wired carplay on the car.
