The first thing I heard was you played the minor 3rd lick. Was Dolly Parton '9 to 5' I'm sure that's played over the Gb Major (Tonic) If I just imagined that, then I'm sure it would fit nicely lol I have been messing around with this. And another song i'm familiar with, is 'Holly Jolly Christmas' the Michael Buble version. The Solo Section is full of these, Mixing the minor 3rd with the Major 3rd, sliding into it ect Really cool discoveries
Thanks for awesome lesson and HSH pickup on strat is 💯💯 beautiful guitar!
So glad you dig the video and my strat!
Thanks man. Vids like this are like little guitar snacks. Small bites, easily digestible. Much appreciated
I love the idea of offering "guitar snacks"! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great lesson, Matt. Thanks!
My pleasure!

Yes! You're totally correct!
Great stuff, would be nice to a slowed down version when you show the licks
Hindsight is 20/20, youtube does have a playback speed control where you could slow down the video to try and steal the fingerings/licks!
