  • Deepak Shenoy of Capitalmind says that it's a wait and watch on change in futures and options regulations. He points out that many regulatory updates typically arise from SEBI's regular circulars. He also tells that SEBI may not need to hold board meets in order to bring out change in F&O regulations. Shenoy also says that ETFs and index funds will continue to be active, while noting a potential reduction in disclosure requirements for passive mutual funds.
