God, I remember the days when attumentless just sounded like a bad option. Back when I was a perma freshie I made an attumentless build that was accidentaly almost completly meta and I had no idea, it turned out to be my first ever power 60 build with the instant payback bell. How it got wiped? I was trying to get an enchant at that castle light girl when Aga dropped his video on her. Then I jumped over the void and clicked Medal instead of my glider. Thank god we can press N to use a glider nowadays.
Gliding over the void is stupid anyways, i only do it when i dont care about the build anymore or can kill bonekeeper without losing a bar to one hit of him
Probably the game is going to go into another dark age, but a small one. With the release of guild conquest, batte royale tournament (probably also going to be a gamemode), lifeweave, i think it will bring back deepwoken to another good state, and also, layer 2 just took a long time because of all the level cap change thing that they had to do.
Guild conquest would be cool to see bands of people working with each other and fighting it out. But at the same time its limited to bands of people so i don’t think the hype for that will be too great. I’d say central luminant would be one of the bigger updates for deepwoken since it introduces something the game hasn’t seen before, one giant island that you explore instead of sailing to multiple islands.

Back in 2021 I remeber on r/place I was helping out countless worlds getting it’s won little spot and I also remember coordinating ti with deepwoken and ppl kept changing the deep calls into the dick calls as my first ever interaction with the deepwoken community I knew I’d fit right in
my first slot was a felinor when the game released and i was too broke to afford a reroll or another and i got jumped so many times it was insane (i was no attunement fist)

there will never be a perfect build. no matter what, builds will get better and better, epically with more attunements coming out (WHEN LIGHTKEEPING MAGIC!!!!!)
@@chronicjudge4419 whats the point of adding a non combat attunement to a combat oriented game? Serves no purpose and would be a waste of points. Besides lightkeeping doesn't use mantras directly it simply channels light.
