The presentation of this game is quite underrated. The sounds and the visuals of the ETAS are pretty awesome, booting up the failsafe just gets you all fired up and locked in.
2:23 even tho i recognize this as exotic: apex (yes im a sol's rng player) i do like this part of the game because i dont even play hacknet, listening to this part gives me exotic: apex vibes
Well, the soundtrack actually is just a copied version of one of Hacknet's OST's, the one in question being "Panic Track" by Remi Gallego. So they just basically downloaded the OST and put it in the game. I dont blame them, though.
@@digital_Complex sols RNG wasn't the first game to do that years before sols used it a bunch of games called core games that are kinda just a fictional power source that you need to manage and if it gets too cold half the time a literal black hole forms and thats where panic track is mostly used
@@syntaxicalecho8281 Well it's not a glitch. It's intended behaviour. Plus it prevents you from having to rehack all the computers after your IP changes, so it saves a lot more time
@@temi19 Oh ok. I thought it was a glitch due to it not seeming like intended behaviour, and instead something happened in the code that made it need to be coded in.
@@Fireboi2356you can even technically get it right after starting if you trace yourself using SecurityTracer.exe by renaming it and running it for example, it's used to exploit only 1 trace being allowed at a time, very helpful with stuff like the filedump

@@digital_Complex oh so was it just a remix of it or was it made by a different creator

I'm 90% sure someone's gonna speedrun the trace aversion sequence in hacknet.
Technically you can "speedrun" it by just rebooting your computer which cancels it instantly

Porthack saves all of it’s stolen login credentials, you don’t have to rehack.
I like the dlc for Hacknet shame the Evasion wasn’t in the base game too would of made it bit Better at defending from getting hacked
You mean ETAS? It is in the main game, it's after you join CSEC
