    Good job.
    The result is obvious knowing water has a way bigger thermic energy capacity.

    Try this. Chill water in an aluminum tank with a couple of peltiers. Pump chilled water through an evaporator. Blow air across the evaporator with a fan and make chilled air. You'll have a 12v air chiller, mini A/C.

      Good idea but using aluminum water in air cooler can be toxic for health. It may lead to too much aluminum toxicity in the person inhaling.
      An alternative would be to keep a fully sealed Stainless steel box inside a air cooler water cavity, and pump the cool water inside that box through water pumping attached onto the water block fixed to the peltier coolside, and let the SS box cool down rest of the water inside the air cooler

    I hope that you don't mind. This is my opinion. The experiment that you did is in favour of the water cooling because:
    1. It has more surface area on the radiator.
    2. It has two fans.

    What about using the water cooled Peltier with the lines connected to some copper pipes under your bathroom floor tiles. Have a heated floor and cool off your water!

  • @szymon2243
    @szymon2243 6 месяцев назад +1

    The hot side radiator in the air cooling system is poorly chosen because it has too few fins compared to the water cooling system. Moreover, the water cooling radiator itself is larger and has two fans, so the modules are cooled more effectively.

      @@carlyoukilleditbeats Depends on the purpose. But with a 10-15% efficiency there's not much use for them apart from a simple little car fridge. Around 2000 I used a TEC with water cooling to OC a Celeron 300A to 450. That was epic. But not possible that way anymore as when the TEC can't handle the heat it starts to act like in insulator.
