2024 08 25 The Importance of the Presence of God

Rev. Ian Hardcastle spoke on the significance of God's presence. In 1 Kings 8, at the newly consecrated temple, the cloud of His presence appeared, and Solomon prayed for God to hear the people's prayers and grant them forgiveness. In John 6, Jesus declares that He is the Bread from heaven, signifying God's presence and offering eternal life to those who believe. In Ephesians 6, Paul urges us to put on the armor of God, which can be seen as the protective presence of God surrounding us.
