Maraga, May God add you power and wisdom to ensure justice in our lovely nation, because for many years the situation has been........."judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off.......truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Many people will never love justice and would want to interfere in their favour but you continue doing justice.....allow no interference from the other two arms of government, it is clear Judiciary should always be independent

KORNADO how? you don't have even space for judges to sit and execute justice?Even Uganda has more high courts decentralized from the capital yet kenya is actually almost the capital city of East and central Africa!

The historical election repeat you easily ordered costed treasury 12billion shillings. You said that if there was another reason you will order another repeat of the election. Lawyers you say "the law is very clear ", you forgot and you should add "If funds are available". Without money the law is never clear. We should all work together to preserve treasury.
