Yes we needed such a person. They don't exist many as he was. And i wish thst the Kenyans see all that he deed selfleshly and really feel it because they would have persuaded him to still prolong a bit his time for the good of Kenya. Without Judges dear Kenyans, you and me walk in darkness, and if we are all in darkness nobody will pull you out of that dark. And Christ said: I am going, to seat at the right hand of my Father in heaven to judge the living and the dead. What they do and deed is an a signment from God as true testimonies of truth on earth. They may defend us before God or hand what has not been easy to them to the final supreme judge God himself but remember that is the last place for us to choose between heave ( Paradise and Hell ).
Hon. Maraga some of us feel it as you it is not our wish but the wish of God that you decided yourself to retire, when the country still needed anaccurate Man like you. We mis your accuracy, but we trust that when the Court needs you, they will seek for you to give guidance. We pray that Justice may always see your example and follow the Rules you gave them as for the country to stand, if they rtruly love the country.
I knew you while serving as an investigator, under Tuiyot as our CM, among them our Community of Kenlands that included MAJOR Masese, Mary, Nyaribo now New Governor of Nyamira, our young Lawyers Lawrence Mwangi, Reche, Otachi, Githinji, Kiplenge and many.
