Oh trust me I used to work for a liquidation company we would unpack storage lockers as well because sometimes we need to fill up the shelves in the miscellaneous. I’ll let you know hammers plates, glasses, etc. and you know those a model ships that Renee found I can safely say we found a lot of those still brand new in the box they were asking 350 we sold them for 170 and they went out fast.

8:40 If those records were shellac they might be worth more than the record player. Many companies sold record subscriptions with the record players. Depending on which genre of music some of those old shellac records may be one of a kind.
A beautiful and very wonderful offer. I wish success and progress in your wonderful work. Health and safety to you. My thanks, appreciation and respect.
people rather have their old fortune to be sold to strangers rather than donating them to charities or family members... i will never store my personal collections in a storage company. NEVER...
Yeah, such storage makes sense if you're for some reason temporarily lives in a smaller home. But if there's because there's too much stuff for your home and you're not in process of getting a larger house in reasonable future I find it hard to see the point. Family members aren't perhaps that interested. Even if some are nice expensive quality things they could have affluent relatives who already have all the nice things they want.
I collect, I have been collecting since the age of 12, now I'm 35 and I have never met someone who appreciates antiquities as much as I do. My family and friends think I am crazy as I wear the same shirts for decades, basically until they fall apart, yet will spend rather large amounts on things they cannot begin to appreciate. I don't know who will get these things, but chances are a Rene will get them.
The cap in this video is out of this WORLD. Whoever is willing to pay the first guy those crazy amounts for some of those items I would REALLY love for him to give out his buyers number so that we can all make unbelievable amounts of profit too!
First guy just throwing prices on stuff😂😂 most of everything he put a price on was either dumb high or dumb low 😂😂😂😂😂 I actually do this for a living and i can just say NOPEEE😂😂😂 and his wife definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed 😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is the problem Date, you say you do this for a living so tell all us plebs, what everything is worth. If you are sitting there saying he is over pricing everything I can not just take your word for it, you need to prove it to me. Those paintings were at least $200 each, the old marionettes had to be at least $300, the painted ceramic planters had to be at least $100 each, the the Peacock is at least $150, I think he had the two ships right $150.00 and $500.00. I do not think he would have made $50,000 (because some of those items are hard to sell), but I think he would have made at least $30,000. I have always considered the prices given when they unload or load, to be from previous sales they have made on similar products, they are not genuine appraisals and should not be taken as such.
I swore I had seen similar vinaigrettes (hope I spelled that right) on pawnstars. They were made by Tiffany's and a poor dude only got 50 to 60$ a piece.
There’s an episode on storage wars, Canada, where they had a auction in Calgary and my sister used to live for a couple years and imagine my shock when they open up and there’s a dresser with a metal engraving on the dresser that said to Michelle love Mitchell. Good luck. I was stunned $300 down the drain
How do these people come up with these prices for the items in the lockers? I feel like they just be making these numbers up for the show. I don’t understand how they can make an estimate right there on the spot
The guy who valued the locker at 50000..alot and I mean alot of that stuff was new replica..there were a few items that were legit..but that locker wasn't worth a penny over 20 grand
I like how the 1st guy tripled and quadruples the price of everything. No research, nothing. And with his speech impediment, he definitely sounds like a pure genius. 🤣😂😉
Some of their prices are so exaggerated I have to divide their numbers by 3 just to get a sense of their true profit. Ironically a few items are worth way more than their assessment but they just don't have the knowledge to make the call, so good for whomever ends up buying those 😂
The guy with the German accent is smoking something if he thinks he is going to get a $1 000 for that African mask, it is not even good craftmanship. They sell for cheap here in Africa and they aren't that ugly.
“I found a rotting sandwich behind the fridge”
That’s a hundred dollar bill right there!
$250 if it was old fashioned bologna.
300 if you can explain a bite taken out of the moldy sandwich was someone famous

HAHHAHAHAHAHAAH
Brandon did a perfect impression of Rene loved it it was funny
Here’s a toothpick, looks like it’s used with a nice dark shade to it
That’s easily a $1000

This guy is just throwing numbers with no idea what he is talking about
You can say that again 😂
Right!!
Those Chinese Pottery are dirt cheap and he thinks they worth hundreds. It worth nothing until someone paid.

Yes it is worth 2k
I want to see them actually selling that stuff
ME TOO! 🙂
All their stores went bankrupt.
AH, someone see the light?
funny how they are confident about how much everything is going to sell for😂😂
this comment is easy 200 $
it's all trash. You could hardly give it away.
@@ifwecouldvote honestly it all depends on how he's selling it and where. Lots of people would buy but not for what he wants for it.
Stars in their eyes!
500 for a moldy peacock he is so full of it. Rene please.
am I the only one here who trembles every time the first guy unpacks thoses antique carelessly?
It was like robbing a rock on a school board

I feel sorry for the original owner losing all their stuff
Yeah! Especially with these insane antiques, this is multiple lifetimes of collecting…
Guys no one lost this stuff the show is just that. It’s for entertainment that’s it nothing more. It’s like wrestling choreographed.
WHAT THE MUSEUM? WAKE THE FRIG UP
If you Pay yo Bills nun will happen
If u don't tell someone that u have a Storage Unit someone will bid for it 🎉
So if you had a tenant renting out a house of yours and didn't pay rent, would you just let him live there for free.

I love how Nezhoda pull those prices out of his butt. Those items could still be with him today.

Depending on which genre of music some of those old shellac records may be one of a kind.
They were your standard 78rpm records. Produced in the millions. Like all records, there will be certain titles that are worth more, but not unique
That entire storage unit was not worth a dime over $15000
He paid 3k so he did alright
I’d say he’d be lucky to get 10k for it all, unless he gets it all authenticated and sends it all to auction
A beautiful and very wonderful offer. I wish success and progress in your wonderful work. Health and safety to you. My thanks, appreciation and respect.
Video subheading, "oldest antiques".
Thumbnail pic, Barry.
Well played.
4:57, there's exactly the reason this show is made fun of. No way anyone will pay $1500 for that junk of a table.

They are worth whatever people are willing to pay for them.
muy buen video de los trasteros salen buenos tesoritos 💎👍 saludos desde España 🇪🇸

Those chairs are called Jacobean.
Amazing best buy ever!
I wonder if the previous owners of these storage sheds ever recognized that it used to be theirs??

Going out on a limb that Mrs. Rene didn't have a headache that night after opening up everything.

Lmao Stick to eating! Schnitzel 🤣

Pua Kumbu!!! Proud to be iban
Just because you point at things and randomly shout values doesn't mean anything
How do these people come up with these prices for the items in the lockers? I feel like they just be making these numbers up for the show. I don’t understand how they can make an estimate right there on the spot
Barry is a antique himself
No way he got that kind of money he quoted on each item.
The Ibanese sheet.
I bet it would not even cost 10 bucks..
That's from my country, and there arent any head hunters around..
"1 millllllion dollars"
Barry seems to be the only human on this show.
Not one thing he priced was correct🤣🤣
They probably still haven't sold one single thing.
Those price are ridiculous
Looks like Yei God rug? And show it upside down?!
My toenail of my big toe that’s 500 bucks, the other 4 to go with it that easily another 120-130 bucks a piece
The guy who valued the locker at 50000..alot and I mean alot of that stuff was new replica..there were a few items that were legit..but that locker wasn't worth a penny over 20 grand
Seems that all their estimates are a bit overinflated.
Half of the prices they give are inflated 😂 like ain’t no one spending that much for a used item 😂😂😂
From where they get this stuff??
I like how the 1st guy tripled and quadruples the price of everything. No research, nothing. And with his speech impediment, he definitely sounds like a pure genius. 🤣😂😉
I love this
Every single one of their stores they are all closed down or bankrupted. The only money they made was being on TV.
He should've had the bell valued, they can be worth thousands.
Dave Hester is a festering boil
Barry is that guy in High School that thinks he’s rich but he’s really not.
I found a pickle jar in my room. Using storage wars logic, I sold it for $500.
Dam those chairs $7000 crazy
Good show but please bring back live PD.
Pricing on items are varied and if a person wants a item the price go up. Never discount prices.
I guarantee I can get 2000 for this set. After 20 years.
You can't just throw numbers. 🤔 It's best to go to experts in the fields of these antiques like what was done for the chairs and other items. 😅
fine threaded 1700 item? lol, worst part is people eat this up ...
Rene just making it up as he goes a long the sausage! I’ve just found a shoe lace…. Easy 2000 bucks
Some of their prices are so exaggerated I have to divide their numbers by 3 just to get a sense of their true profit. Ironically a few items are worth way more than their assessment but they just don't have the knowledge to make the call, so good for whomever ends up buying those 😂
Old sock $50, half eaten apple at least $1500
I know it's a show but them unboxing everything and bragging in front of their employees and making WAY more work for them is ridiculous.
Nice 7,77 sub there
When there bulk cutlery they dump it if the locker isn't that great then the cutlery in valuable
Wood from a tree...DUH !! Really is that where wood comes from a tree 🌲 lol
I smh every time I see someone put a $15 value of DVDs.
The greed is displayed on this show is nauseating!!
Darell kills me hundashaka 🤣🤣🤣
So if I point out old stuff in my house and say wow that's worth this much will I look smarter or just more stupid

The guy with the German accent is smoking something if he thinks he is going to get a $1 000 for that African mask, it is not even good craftmanship. They sell for cheap here in Africa and they aren't that ugly.
It’s wood, it’s vintage. Genius.
They are way off on all their prices. I wouldn't pay them anywhere what they want in a bargain store. I can't stand Rene? Or his wife.
Can’t stand neither myself!
Wonder what happened to the owner that own this storage... wow
Tony comin
What kills me is, they overvalue most of the stuff there, but then they'll randomly undervalue an item outta nowhere.
Found a rotten burger from McD, seems very old, definitely antic piece. We will get 500 $ on this for sure.
I remember when my house was broken into and the insurance company wanted to see receipts and even after they only pay you a 20%
Imagine living in the roman empire
Why does every person on the show think everything they have is worth 5 to 10 times whats it is actually worth?????
Anyone from the US knows if these prices they think they'll get are realistic?
