hey! just a tip for your RDLs, if you're not feeling it try not to lift the weight of the dumbbells with your arms/back, your arms should just be used to hold the weight. RDLs are more about the hinge movement (the bending of your hips). when you bend, imagine you're trying to close a door with your butt instead of just bending with your back, and make sure you're lifting with your legs! hope this helps!
