INGREDIENTS :
ARBI LEAF (TARO LEAF) - 8 LEAVES
GARLIC - 8 TO 10 CLOVES
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
GRAMFLOUR - 2 CUP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER - ½ TSP
SALT - 1 TSP
JAGGERY (POWDERED) - 3 TABLE SPOON
TAMARIND PASTE - 3 TABLE SPOON
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TSP + 4 TABLE SPOON
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
SESAME SEEDS - 1 TSP
CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
HING - ¼ TSP
DESICCATED COCONUT
CORIANDER LEAVES
