The name of this attraction says it all and it is no coincidence that it is indicated by many as one of the most beautiful walks in the Upper Adriatic for its sculpted boulders, since 1993, by internationally renowned artists who every two years, usually in June, they arrive in Caorle for an event that has now become an unmissable event.
It starts from Piazza Vescovado and proceeds towards the sea by climbing the stairs that lead to the dam (do not miss the ancient and fascinating Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Angelo in the distance) and the walk characterized by breakwater rocks that have become, year after year, a gallery of open-air art, thanks to “ScoglieraViva”, an international sculpture competition organized by the Municipality.
Animals, men, emotions: there are many motifs and subjects sculpted by the artists on the boulders of this cliff created to defend the village from the sea and which has become a gallery of sculptures made from blocks of Euganean trachyte.
