The reply button makes the comments deleted. So those changes must be similar to the Edit-button? That it takes you to another page where you write the reply, and then it comes up underneath the comment?

Yes it is very identical to the edit button

SO basically ur reply button is delete button ? Meaning a logged in user could delete comments of other users ? Could be useful for an admit.
