Harimoto definitely was by far the most difficult opponent for FZD. However, Félix would have probably beaten Harimoto, too, had they faced each other in the semi-finals.
Most of the non-Chinese players concentrate on beating the top Chinese National players. However, they are pretty even among themselves. I noticed that when the Chinese are not participating in an international tournament, a European player usually wins. Not a Japanese or a Korean.
