@@MM-ii9ef you have to progress through the game, such as racing, road trips, showcase events, mini progression such as discount boards, bucket list events and so on. Just progress through the game, you'll eventually get all 10.

I wouldn't sell the Xbox 360 because you'll just get ripped off in the end, Plus it's still a good console to go back on when your bored with friends. Also to let you know that if you ever plan to get a Thrustmaster wheel for the Xbox One. I would try to stay away from them because there has been a lot of reports of the motor burning up to fast if you use it a lot.
Yes, this will only work with the Xbox One version because close to half of the barns are in different locations for the Xbox 360 edition. I know there's at least one video on RUclips showcasing the Xbox 360 barn locations.
