Totally Awesome Graeme. looked real fun! love the hat ( Elmer Fudd meets Sherlock Homes). I want one. Thanks for all the work you do for us, I for one would be lost without the show.
Hi Greame, great show! Greame could you please do a special about rigging up fly rods. Not just for trout but also to rig up for pike. I always seem to do the wrong thing according to leader lengths and traces.
Hi Graeme and Mike, I really love the show and it is my 'go to' for fishing tips and tutelage. Would you consider doing a show on fly fishing for coarse fish?
Great video as always Graeme... You ever tried rockbourne fishery ?? I am off there this month.. Any good do you know?? Also where can I get a stringer like that ??
@@Sakuraba1982Gaming just looked and it's £35 for a day of catch and release! I could go and pull carp out on my 7/8 fly rod all day for £8? Why is fly fishing as a sport trying to kill itself with the inhibitory cost?!
The fishery regulations say fish must not be released.I guess you could say it was a "pay-to-eat" system. There are probably thousands of day ticket trout waters like this in UK.Almost every one has rules stipulating trout must not be returned.I personally would be happy to return every trout, and I know a lot of trout anglers feel the same.
If the fish are caught maybe 2-3 times they become very difficult to catch and the fishing gets really bad. There is a fishery that I used to go to but it's catch and release so the fishing has got really bad and you might not catch anything in a hole day even though there are about 200 fish in a 1 acre lake.
Glow Clan I think catch an release can work as long as u have people still taking the fish too. if half your Anglers do catch and release you need to other half to take fish so that new fish are coming into the water all the time
Best fishing show on the internet and I honestly believe you could broadcast these on tv and be better than most stuff out there today
Fly fishing is the best content this channel makes

hi ta fishing I live in brighton, where do you think i can go fly fishing (cheap)
and thats fly fishing for trout
Do they do catch and release ? If you wont a big one
No,most UK trout fisheries say no trout to be returned. But in clear water you can spot the size of fish you want to target so can go for bigger ones.
TAFishing best place for catch and release that I have experienced would be frensham trout fishery in Surrey
Yep, we've done lots of videos there

Not a rant, why is it you kill them i still don't understand, do they have to be killed for reasons or do you pay to eat them ??

Short answer is its pay to eat on commercial fly venues,
Shame they changed the membership rules. Now if you skunk all day and catch nothing you still lose a fish off your membership amount :/
And they are changing nearly £20 a fish!!!!!!!!!!
Wtf
:-)
got to love fly fishing
