Yes, you can do a fellowship without USMLE. Nephrology, Pediatrics, Geriatrics.

My daughter has completed MD and now doing USMLE step 3 (last chance). If she can not pass USMLE-3, then what will be best course of action for her
Step 3 is not required to match. Recommended but not a requirement. She can match without it if she does not pass

Few questions:
do you need USMLE? all steps?
do you need a previous residency? ACGME or Not?
do you need to be GC holder?
There are several other videos we have on this but briefly yes you need to be ecfmg certified, no need of gc, home country residency preferred but not required if you are applying for geriatrics fellowship

most but not all geriatrics fellowships require home country residency. some of our students without home country residency have matched as well in geriatrics

On campus full time MPH has more value but depends on other aspects of the profile as well.

Hello sir i just came across this video , i have done my home country residency in pathology nd 4 yr work experience nd i have a green card. I have to give my step 1 in 3 months , i was told if i have home residency nd by chance low score in steps 1 i can do fellowships in pathology , since thats easy to get nd than apply for residency match ? Is this true
We haven't had students directly do pathology fellowship without residency but perhaps you can call a few fellowship programs and see what they say. you can match in residency though
