I remember very well, when Uriel first came out he was the most expensive legendary monster to buy and one of the leat legendary monsters to not be able to be bred to be obtained. And the first month after his release I remember fighting a full teams with Uriel, I don't know if it was a flex or just a meta but then I sure lost a lot of battles. And after adding Uriel to the game later was released the metal element with brought MetalHead which became the new meta
Y'know, while Immune to Blind is a nice trait to have and what-not, I always believed that Hardened or some form of Bulwark or Artifact trait would've been much more fitting for a monster that's described as "The light of God". Sure, there's a chance that someone could say that would be broken, but he'd stand on an equal ground of sorts to Timerion. Timerion can't attack, but it has a whole multitude of skills to deny the enemy, protect your allies or make killing the enemies a bit easier. Uriel can attack, while also being able to revive dead allies and doing some decent amounts of damage.
Armor Gaming FINALLY!!! I got reply from you!!!! Anyway... :D, personally, I think 2 Life runes and 1 Strength rune will be better idea for Team Wars because he should stay alive for long time... Speed... I don't think he needs the Speed so much because he's Supporter. Also, Celestial Nimbus is more worthy skill instead of Faithless Dictum... because, if you can't blind all enemies, you can daze them... and personally, I am bigger fan of AOE skills instead of Single target skills. Additional, I like Divine Protection, maybe instead of Devastating Dictum, because is Supportive skill, and not Devastating Dictum because he's 2 AOEs are both Special type too and are "strong" AOEs. Your build is not a bad, instead, is good build in some situations, but I prefer him more Supportive... I find your moveset a bit... Offensive... I don't like too much Offence on Supporters.
Did you by any chance see my analysis on this monster? In War, this monster will most of the team be forced to be the attacker. Many times battles come down to 2v2 legendary monsters. And just about every element with the exception of fire has a deny. So by default you have to make your Uriel offensive for him to work o: I think instead of the AoE, Divine Protection would also work well here.

Uriel has always been so good at being one thing. An attacker that just so happens to revive your allies.
