If you’ve not tried it yet, Sand Desert at Sunset from Zara is really good. Same perfumer as Angel’s Share and as it dries down it becomes more and more like Angel’s Share. Zara has stepped up its fragrance game for sure.
Agreed with you, the other 2 are a miss for me but then I tried antique brown the day it released and I instantly bought it, it's the best frag Zara has ever released and one of my favorite releases of the entire year. Cannot recommend it enough
@@hameedsharyff I've tried it and it's also quite nice but I like rich warm addictive from that same collection a bit more, thanks for the recommendation
Do you know if it's a version for women? I smelled it in the store, and as you, I bought it immediately. But, today I used it and I feel it smells different... Like for women
I have been enjoying Alberto Morillas collection so much i didn't even bother trying anything else since. Now i will go back and try these.. Zara is gone crazy with their releases, can't keep up.. Thank you again for another great review, most reviewers only tests cheaper fragrances on paper but not you, very much appreciated for taking your time and doing it properly as always. Thanks
Thank you! And thanks for sharing! I think Zara are rotating out new releases way too fast. A month after release some fragrances aren't available which is weird 👀 Which is your favorite in the Alberto Morillas line?
@@rottenrebels virtuous oud have been my go to fragrance lately as it has been quite warm here in UK and blooming oud and Elegant oud will be in my rotation as soon as cooler days and nights starts..on my skin performance of this line is just amazing Absolutely loving them.
I read a lot of positive comments about Sand Desert at Sunset, when I arrived at the store I ended up buying nostalgia blue, I liked sand desert, but I found it a bit superficial, familiar with many scents I've smelled before, nostalgia blue, for me, was almost incomparable, even if they say it is common, I don't agree, quite the opposite...
I love sand desert at sunset but if you want to try something different, then I recommend unexplored noir, dark, smokey, long lasting. I'm hyping this one up. I think it's a love it or hate it fragrance, I love it.
i got my antique brown with an extra bottle upon your recommendation. i also got an extra bottle both for lush vetiver and elevated oud. now i have 2 lush 2 elevated 2 antique. They all smell amazing
I like them all, I bought Antique Brown & Unexpected Noir- the newest one. I recommend Magnificent Black. I think it's my favorite out of 90ish bottles
Aside from the apple and coconut water, antique brown seems to have the same profile as Insurrection II wild/Pure Havane. Is that how it translates, or are they completely different?
I got the antique brown after seeing so many positive reviews about it, I’m glad I tried it first before buying it. I got a flew compliments already from people at work. One more thing you can’t beat that price 👍🏼👍🏼
@@rottenrebels they all smell very pleasant for sure and for the price they are a steal, just wish Zara fragrances in general would perform a bit better.
Im really looking for a high end perfume that's a duplicate for Antique Brown, its scent profile matches my chemistry that so far, only jo malone was able to do.
Great job Mr Rebel but ive got a question for you: 1. What do you mean when you say a fragrance is powdery? 2. What's the best dupe of Nishane Ani? Thanks.
For nishane ani i would suggest two The cheapest but amazing smell great longevity , average sillage : Ard al zaafaran Satwa The middle good one : Lattafa Nasheet The best overall : Fa paris Spectre Ghost
Hi! A powdery fragrance has this powdery feel to it, hard to explain it and better to experience. Put your nose to Dior Homme Intense, Valentino Uomo Intense or Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privee and see if you can feel that powderiness of them. Different notes can be behind powderiness in fragrances, but the most common is iris/orris, heliotrope and musk. Even vanilla and a few other notes (and often note combinations) can sometimes come across as powdery. The best dupe of Nishane Ani? No idea 😊
Hi! I did not know about it until quite recently. Will buy it soon and do a review/first impressions of it. Feedback I received from several subscribers is quite positive about that one. You tried it?
