The new 18 is… bad

After playing the new free to play Android/Cyborg 18, I have decided that she isn’t very good. I’m not sure if it’s because the more recent free to play units have been beyond expectations or if she genuinely isn’t a good unit, but she just doesn’t seem to be as good.
Her damage is wack and her defense is bad, but she has strong support capabilities. She is able to lower substitution count and draw a new card almost all the time with her green card draws, but it might not be enough to justify being so disappointing. However, her main ability matches up with a good free to play card, being able to nullify special cover change, drawing more cards, and gathering more dragon balls. These attributes definitely make her a decent support unit.
In conclusion, not worth the time to try to fully boost. However, if you need a support character that can make rising rush easy to get, then maybe she is worth it.
