I think in part that playing this riff on a 7-string has something to do with it. The low E and A strings are thinner gauge on a 7-string than they would be on a 6-string
@@SterlingSimmons22 They're not you know. Same strings as a 6, just with a low B for the 7th string.

@@SterlingSimmons22nah they are correct, its the exact same strings as a 6 but with a 7th string, just they have low gauge strings on their guitar. i use .0105-.90s.
@@Zioau nah they aren’t, I’ve had a 7 string before and the Low E and A strings were like .40 and .32, on my normal 6 string my low E is a .52 or a .46
