Ha ha!! Yes, I like to make a new wiring harness, protecting the lines and with relays. Normally in the seventies, it was very primary. Best regards Loscar.
Hola, hace poco vi tú página, es magnífica y tu un " maestro ", el taller que tienes es un lujo, impecable vídeo, te felicito, un abrazo desde Iquique, Chile.
needle and seat need cleaning out or just take off the float bowl and see there isn't any rubbish in there. make sure they are not slightly tilted either. That's what l do on mine.
@@LoscarMotorcycles I see. It is pretty primitive wiring from the factory. I am doing a 1971. When I was younger, and single, I could do a total reassembly (and cleaning, not restoration) in 40 hours. That was my 1983 R80/ST. I didn't like the frame though. The /5 is the perfect bike for me. I had the frame powder coated in concrete gray, and will leave the bottom end alone. There was no corrosion on the engine, but the frame and wiring was a disaster. Thanks for the vid, it will help.
What a great job! Your magnificent R75/5 deserves a pair of Vattier racing exhausts, the noise and driving pleasure is incomparable.
I am currently restoring a 1971 R75/5. I have really enjoyed watching these videos over and over again. Thanks so much for making them
Thank you and I am very happy that it is helpful for your restoration.
Mighty fine work you're doing.
Ahh...the maestro at work again! Always a pleasure to watch you tenderly reconstruct these beautiful motorcycles from the past. Well done sir!
Agreed.
Friend Mitch: I earn you in age. I am 68 years old! Thank you very much for your comments on my videos. Best regards, loscar
Even making your own wiring harness... 100-point concours restoration by an expert.

You made your own f****ng wiring harness! Why not buy a new one from Capital Cycle, did I get the last one??
I make new wire harness to put all the circuits protected by fuses and with relays.
