Proud to see the work of US DOD acqusition personnel and US Defence Contractors represented in these great aircrafts. So good to see the women in uniform. Thank you for your service. I'm studying in United States now, but I served 2 years in Korean Air Force. Your dedication contributed in Korea's perfect defense on the air. Now we are having wonderful fighter from U.S like F-15K, F-16, and F-35A. And through United States' help and our innovation, we also have our own fighters like FA-50 and KF-21.
I was an advisor to a ROK SF unit in the 90s and I trained them on US equipment and they did very well. I left the Army and worked at a radio corporation and came back in 2015 to train them and they were bigger and better along with my 25 years experience working worldwide were my best students ever seen.
Great parade. You can tell that the ROK’s military equipment is cutting edge, unlike the Soviet and Red Chinese relics that we see from north Korean parades.
Wonderful parade. Korea has come a long way and is a top-notch, cutting-edge ally. I was glad to see American soldiers marching in the parade, given our long and strong relationship.
Even if you are not Korean, you can be proud because Korea is a country that was saved from the ashes of a tragic war with the help of many countries and the UN. Without the help of the international community in depending freedom and peace, Korea would not exist as it does today. Many countries around the world are, to some extent, shareholders in Korean history, and most Koreans are grateful for this. Even though many countries did not expect Korea to repay the financial or other forms of aid back then, they just helped out of their own reasons and goodwill. Therefore Koreans will never forget the countries that sacrificed lives and blood for a small Asian country, then a colony and war-torn ruin, that few even knew the name of, literally had nothing in the past, vastly different from what Korea is today And this event also has the meaning of showing gratitude to the various shareholder countries that Korea, which was like an orphan in the past, has now grown into a young man and partner protecting freedom and peace. Not only the countries that directly dispatched troops or provided aid support during the war, but also after the war the countries and people who provided financial, food, medical and various support to Korea which was poorer than any other country in the world, are all partners, contributors, co-builders and allies of Korea's future. So, thank you to all the countries and their people who helped Korea and now supporting peace and freedom, please enjoy watching the videos with pride!
