I have no idea honestly I've seen many other 10 minute long musical videos. This is sooo much better than most "asmr for adhd" kind of videos ive seen out there. Quick changing triggers but theres that grounding beat that helps you really *focus* on the video and get those tingles. Im obsessed with this new format

Okay, this is genuinely amazing. Been listening to ASMR for around 10 years now and I grew pretty tired of watching the same style videos over and over. This is really refreshing.

I did not think this would be the thing for me but it really worked. The rhythm with the triggers was extremely relaxing on top of the tingles.

Absolutely LOVED this video, such an amazing idea! I would like to see another with a slower tempo, with as is i wouldnt be able to fall asleep to it, it has the same speed as suspenseful music. That said, i still really enjoyed it!
