Having read the articles on the wiki- I’m wondering if the two articles were written separately by different authors, possibly years apart, with the second one having no knowledge of the first, and this inadvertently resulted in contradiction of each other. The old scp-031 was basically the same as this except that didn't want to murder you it wasn't house in this Anonymous Hotel and was classified safe

While I don't mind some murder monster stuff, like the living statue, what fascinated me the most about scps was the creative variety. A lot of stuff was just weird or bizzarly fascinating. But now most scp's seem to be about who can out gore the others, t the point I almost grew numb to it. If I wanna read about guts and gores I read shitty creepy pastas. Is kind of a shame what came of. Heck even the tickle monster now has a dark and disturbing secret. why can't something just be weird but harmless?
The orignal author got banned and in retaliation, the author deleted their SCPs, which accounted for like 3% of total articles on the site. This rewrite is original and tried to stayed true to the OG 031 while not plagiarizing it.

Having read the articles on the wiki- I’m wondering if the two articles were written separately by different authors, possibly years apart, with the second one having no knowledge of the first, and this inadvertently resulted in contradiction of each other.
To be honest, we can’t blame the second author though; there’s over 6000 SCPs now and we can’t expect anyone to be familiar with every one of them
(Everyone knows about 173 and 682, but how many can say they know about Josie the half cat or the pizza box that produces your favorite pizza)

The north korea hotel was meant to become a beautiful hotel and the project started at the late 1980's to the late 2013.
The project was done but it was cancelled because the company ran out of money or they delayed it for a reason
