- Day 3 of the birthday trip starts off with a resort change! We move a little further down the strip to The Palazzo, enjoy brunch at La Cave, check out Fontainebleau, and finally get to try Wally’s at Resorts World! Oh, and we have some good wins along the way!

Great win on the Mansions! Love the room at Palazzo, we had rooms booked there during C*vid lol BUT the border never opened so we never got there, sadly. That Wynn buffet has been on our list too but because it's a buffet we never go, although to food looks unreal, leaving stuffed and hearing your review about how the food comes out, that's so good to know! I'm glad you went to show us! Wally's looked great too! Looking forward to Day 4!

The north end of the strip has definitely grown on us! Glad you’re meeting up with Jon and Gillian - we had a blast with them at Fontainebleau! Careful when you’re crossing streets!

Sometimes the power of the cute shoes outweighs our common sense, doesn’t?! Great day three! Mimosas, Drybar hair going strong, bubble craps, $800 on that Mansions feature - wow! We’d love to try Wally’s, it’s on our list. On our last stay at the Palazzo we had almost that very same view and loved it :) It was so great getting to know you both (and Cary & Mike too!), thanks so much for spending some of your birthday vacay with us. It made our trip! We’re looking forward to next time 🥂

This was the first trip in a long time where the slots were generous to us! Getting the Mansion bonus is a win in itself, but pulling off $800 was amazing! We’re ready to go back!!

How does it feel to be so famous? 😃 We tried La Cave several years ago and really enjoyed it. But it's one of those places you visit every five years or so. Great video. Some good wins! Id like to try wallys, looks good, but not a wine drinker so i wouldnt know what to get there. And again Happy Birthday. Wife and I might try a different hotel next trip. Pallazzo/Venetian has always looked like a great resort. Hard to go from our traditional resorts because we know where everything is located so we never get lost. I had a bad case of Plantar Fascitis in Vegas once and on the first day there, painful trip. Didnt know what it was until I researched it when we got home. Wife brings heels for when we go out for a formal/dress up dinner for our Anniversary. She always brings those foldable/roll up flats in her purse. I am practical/comfortable type for dinner, slacks, jacket and COMFORTABLE semi dressy shoes. I now have high arch inserts in all my shoes, helps keep the plantar fascitis in check.
Gove Wally’s a try. Their beer and cocktail menu looked good too! This year we made it a goal to try new things, but we’re very much like you guys with resorts and comfort. We like to stay center strip and rotate between Aria, Cosmo, Bellagio, Park MGM. I will say the N. Strip is quickly becoming our favorite area. We’ve stayed at the Palazzo, RW, and Encore. Loved them all. The fontainebleau would be a great spot too! We’re creatures of habit but glad we ventured out to experience them!

HIS TOES HURT!😂😂😂😂 Been there! Done that! I’m telling you as I sit here, one of my most painful trips to Vegas was trying to wear fashionable shoes. Ya know, “stylin and profiling” and trying to lighten the load in luggage? Paid the price. Got burnt. Comfort for the casinos. Now own stock in Bandaids! Love your content♥️

Hi D&S - wow, first spin bonus on LL-very nice! Palazzo is in our top five to stay at. can’t forget the cookies in high limit area 🍪. La Cave doesn’t accept room charge so we haven’t been there as we can’t use our resort credit but it looks good. FB is a gorgeous property, did you get a tier match upgrade on the players club? Congrats on the Mansion bonus feature. Wally’s - wow, that Caesar salad is definitely food theatre. 🥗. I LOVE BUBBLE CRAPS! 🎲You walked away a winner, great job. Thanks for another great video. Hey, guys! We missed out on being able to tier credit match at FB, but are hopeful we can get back to do so before June. Wally’s was a complete surprise! Everything about the place was fantastic and we definitely recommend trying it out one day - still thinking about the burger and salad!

Your poor feet! I did the same, knowing how much walking there is, I still wore boots that I'd only worn once before since there's the bridge from Cosmo to Bellagio now. It killed my feet. Hubby had to walk back to Cosmo and bring me my shoes bc I couldnt walk back. Thanks for another fun video! Lookig fwd to the next one!

Dave, whenever you play bubble craps, Always take odds as the odds are some of the best value in Vegas. The only time you don’t take odds is when you don’t wont to bet any more on the number.
I will definitely try it out! For as long as we’ve been going to Vegas, I have never played craps. Bubble craps seems to be the easiest way to learn.
Its 10 screens of hats on more huff n puff. Sometimes there are 2 hats on a screen. Love watching you guys! Great hits! Come to Vegas in March 😉

Palazzo is indeed cool w/ nice rooms for sure.
We stayed 7 days at Resorts World and were put off w/ their restaurants; unfortunately had bad experience at Wallys which is a bummer ; so expecting so much more from them. Good that your time at Wallys was favourable. Because of our food experience we won’t be back at Resorts World ; that being said our Conrad Room w/ pool view was pretty awesome. Nevertheless, being a chef I expect so much more from Vegas Restaurants cuz of being overpriced.
You know how you find yellow rubber ducky’s on cruise ships ; we should think of something that us Vegas Group should find a specific spot around Vegas each couple can find and then replace it for the next couple lol. Wonder if that would work in Vegas lol . Anyway- thanks again for sharing - cheers Chef Bari

That’s an interesting idea about the rubber ducks! I may have to think about what would be fun to hide around Vegas. There is so many people on different Facebook groups that it could work! lol
I miss the Riviera- The comps were amazing and I always seemed to have good luck in that casino. The pool was pretty good especially when the weather was hot and the music was loud, they never seemed to mind us bringing in beers from the ABC store on premises.
Yes! SOoo many memories at the Riv! We used to go to Katies (I think thats how you spell it) for breakfast and loved the comedy shows. We never got to see Crazy Girls or the Amazing Johnathan. It was a great, classic Vegas, spot.
It’s not the hats it’s screens, doesn’t matter how many hats there are , like if two small clusters are on one screen it only counts as one screen, so it’s on screen 10 it starts. Great video as always 😊

What a great day 3! Palazzo hotel looks fab, and the Sphere views - priceless. Will it top Cosmo now? I have Paris LV booked in May but may take an Alaska cruise instead. Cruise will cost me less as I never fare well at Vegas slots, and not from lack of trying! You guys are sooooo lucky. #greenwithenvy

I was there 2 weeks ago and never won more than 70 bucks, terrible luck that trip but we got a few free drinks so i was telling my friend that makes me feel better like i at least got sooooomething for all the money I lost 😆
Lol! Yea, no more cute shoes when we know we’re walking a lot that day! Trust us, we’ve had similar gambling days where nothing is working. Getting ‘comped’ drinks does help the pain though!

My dad lived a lot of his childhood in Fontainebleau France - the pronunciation would actually sound more like "Fawn Tan Blow" than ending with "bleugh" or "blew" - a lot of people think it's meant to be "blue fountain" but it's actually "fountain of beautiful water" so "belle" and "eau" (pronounced like the letter "o") pushed together at the end

Hi James! We recommend so many resorts so it depends on who is going? Kids as well?
Great, affordable resorts that are center strip are park MGM, Planet Hollywood, the Horseshoe, and the Mirage.
If you want to spend a little more, I would recommend Cosmo, Bellagio, Palazzo, and Wynn.
We always fly Southwest. They seem to have lower fares (especially if you book early) and they don’t charge bag fees for 2 bags per person!

Hey, Anna! Yes, we keep a gambling budget and a food budget. We try to plan out which ‘fancy’ restaurants we’ll try before each trip and which quick-service we’ll hit up throughout the day. We also try to make the most of food & beverage credit and use that to help with the cost of some restaurants!

Hey, Tanya! Yes, all Palazzo rooms are suites. We just booked their 1 King suite. We agree though, super spacious and nice!
