I just finished a game of gods and i also give it 2 stars ! I thought it was just spice for the sake of spice without the plot really going forward ! I listened to it and was skipping the spice because it was just TOO much !!
My fav retelling so far this year was The Witch's Heart by Genevieve Gornichec (norse myth), its about Loki's wife I loved it! (It's not spicy and it's the only book to make me cry so far this year) My fav Greek myth book is Pandora's Jar by Natalie Haynes, it's nonfic about the women in Greek myth and the audiobook is narrated by the author.
I am new here and you mentioned your dogs drinking a lot? Do you only feed your pets dry food? If so, that might be why. We had a problem with a cat for that reason. Imagine you only eating dry bread. You would probably drink a ton. 😁
12:07 - SAMMMMM, your smile, your hair, HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING BE THIS BEAUTIFUL? URGH!
You are too sweet 🥺

That’s true!!!
One book I remember struggling to finish was To Kill a Mockingbird, I had to read it for year 11 English - never finished it
I had to read that too!! I loved my English teachers though and they always made reading so fun!
