  • Over 110 million tonnes of limestone rock slid down Turtle Mountain into Frank, Alberta on April 29, 1903. This massive rockslide that buried part of the mining town of Frank, Alberta at 4 a.m. and killed more than 70 people. Witnesses reported that within 100 seconds the rock reached up the opposing hills, destroying the eastern edge of Frank, the Canadian Pacific Railway line and the coal mine

      I think it’s fascinating about frank slide I went there yesterday and it was so cool rest in peace everyone who died that day 🕊️🕊️

      @@LICE682I went there 10 years ago and it was very cool to see in person and learn about it as it’s something people out of province don’t really know about
