to clarify what u said on 17:26 in soccer the way players go from team to teams is by transfers which is where a team has to pay another team to have their players, but if a team wants a free agent then in that case there is no salary cap but instead its financial fair play but you are kind of right in the part where u said that u can just create super teams because u can buy whatever players u want with the right transfer budget

At the start, the lottery is like that because of the rules at the time, if you go to the lottery section in league meetings replace, you see an option for the top 2 picks being by random weighted draw, remaining picks are by team record- that’s the rule
Video 260 of suggesting What If Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and Larry Bird were on the same team career simulation? Also what about a Shaq career re-simulation but he has a 99 in free throw and a 99 in drawn foul? Also what about if the best players from the 1984 draft (i.e. Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon, Charles Barkley, John Stockton, & Alvin Robertson--a name lost in NBA history in my opinion, 4x all star, 2nd team all NBA, 1986 DPOY, 6x defensive team, 1986 Most Improved Player, 3x steals leader) were on the same team?

Aint no way Duncan was only 80 overall when he came to the league. He made all NBA 1st team, all defensive 2nd team, and finished 5th in MVP voting as a rookie.
There's no cap limit in football (soccer). It all depends on financial fairplay. If you're a team that does well domestically and in tournaments like the champions league or the europa league then you're definitley earning alot of money based on ticket sales, merch, sponsorships, prize money and player sales. However financial fairplay rules keep big spending clubs in check by making sure teams that are not slacking on their debt payments. They can't spend hundreds of millions of euros on transfers without making progress on debt payments

The draft lottery didn’t come into play until 85 before that it was a coin flip between the worst teams in each conference… the only thing ion like about ur sims is when u turn injuries off… it makes things more interesting depending who would or could get hurt

In soccer they can build their super teams yes but every year there is a limit on how much they can spend relative to how much their revenue is but yeah there is no salary cap, u can build a super team in 2-3 if the owner is willing to spend
