Gosh I really hope you guys stay the same (non-corporate) so that I can still trust this vision and quality in a few years when I will be able to afford one! This is beautiful
I love these!!! I am a 61 year old First Nations single woman who is currently homeless. To win such a prize would be a new START!!! Thank you for allowing me to enter your contest!
We are so in LOVE with your cabins! We look forward to the day we can get ours set up here in Ohio. We are READY to start living our best life on our own little homestead! ❤
Such a beautiful dream! We have land in bastrop and we are so excited to live on it someday! Your cabins would be perfect! I love what you do and why you do it!
Would like to buy land and make rental properties out of these. Super quality from what I've seen and for some reason it's completely affordable for some of these huge sizes
Thoughts..... Could an arched cabin be built atop two storage containers? Thinking of a combo, two/three story style creative build. Might not be cost effective, but definitely interesting!
Is there a way to have 2 sides added to them, similar to the one with an addition in the beginning? How much would that cost in the end not including land? A rough estimate is ok based on the 30x40
Our bulk discounts start at 5 kits. But any time you order multiple kits you will get bundled shipping rates. Email us at quotes@archedcabinsllc.com for multi-kit quotes.
We have been dreaming of getting our own Arched Cabin for so many years. The hard part is where would we want to put it. Where is that perfect place to settle down? We haven't found it yet. We continue traveling in hopes to find our dream spot to settle down and build a home on.
Although the answer is often different for everyone, we wish you best of journeys to find your spot and hope that your journey is closer to its destination than you may currently see!
Suggestion; include the wood kit for front n rear, numbered. You can ask the customer before you package the kit for shipping what size windows they will use front n rear, along with door size. Then cut your front rear wood kit to match customers wishes! Then you have a more complete kit.
Everything we do is in effort to provide the lowest prices to our customers. The labor it would take to make all those cuts and number and then the extra shipping costs to the customer to get all those pieces to them is not worth it for either of us. Our kits are designed to be the most cost effective way to build. That's our number one concern.
so from what ive seen the best structures are pole barns and these arched cabins (price above all and somehow durability to) probably due to the simplicity of arch supports and slapping siding and insulation onto it. its just a question of how big do you wanna go and how much do you wanna do.
It won't let me enter I have been trying for 2 days. I own a lot but the county won't give mey address until my septic is installed and inspected. I have watched the video 4 times and shared this to Facebook but it still says there are errors.
Make sure you fill out all the information. Use another address even if we won't be delivering there. If that still doesn't work, email me and I'll manually input your entry. Info@archedcabinsllc.com

Looking to build a few short term rentals.ideally before the next US open At Pinehurst #2. I have 20acres 6.2 miles from #2’s club house. You wouldn’t believe what ppl pay for anything that’s good enough to sleep & shower.
One setup at a time, get your land with a down payment so that you're not paying much monthly, once you have it mostly paid off your credit should be immaculate from being in debt if you went through a credit union, then you go ahead and get the loan for the 30x40 with your new better credit, pay the land off and make payments on the low intest loan as you finish the house out of pocket, or take out your FHA to finish it as a land development loan and do solar
What exactly does "basic tools" mean? On the other hand, what exactly does "basic skills" mean? In any case, the answer to the first question is more important to me.
Basic tools: Hammers, hand drills, level, square, ladders, circular saws, and tape measures are what we consider basic tools. Basic skills include things like reading a tape measure, framing out interior and exterior walls (this can be learned on youtube), plumbing ( see also youtube for pex tubing, it's really easy) and electrical is best left up to the professionals if you are not well versed. Thanks for commenting, let me know if you have any other questions. :)
@@ArchedCabinsLLCyou got yourself a new subscriber - quick question though, is it on a full foundation or is it just set on the ground like a modular home? It's a heavy duty foundation right?
Yes, there are many Archies out there. You can connect with them and follow their builds on our community page here: facebook.com/groups/archedcabinscommunity
NOT the best off-grid option. Basically no efficient way to catch rainwater from the horizontal corrugated metal roof-walls. So much surface area available for rain catching but not being able to use it without additional engineering add-on headaches… 🤦♂️. Plus I bet it sounds like all h3ll breakin loose when it rains on the roof (which is/are also the walls that surround ya 😂)
It's actually easy to catch rainwater. That's a common misconception. The bumps in the roof are not raised enough to counteract the gravity of the downward slope. All you have to do is put gutters at the bottom and you're done. No extra engineering. The only exception would be for slab foundations which would need to be tall enough for the gutter to fit under the lip. Most of our customers use pier and beam anyways. You'd also be surprised at how quiet and pleasant the rain is with all the space and insulation in the arched walls. ;)
