No. It restores your health if your HP goes below 10%, but if you go to 0 hp then you die. It won't protect against bandos hitting 40 on you and killing you instantly without even activating the prayer. It must be below 10% HP but higher than 1HP.

I like how my 2 favorite HCIM players (Miwi and A Friend) both got the elite diaries done for Zulrah at about the same time and started doing some Zulrah and got good drops (although Miwi got luckier because Miwi (he got tanz fang and visage both in his first 9 kills))

When you get teleported out with a ring of life/defence cape and you are venomed, you can hop to a F2P world and disable the venom hits and heal up.
you probably misunderstood me, after teleport you can INSTANTLY get hit by a venom. No time to do anything. The same game tick you teleport, you die.
