Bought a Spawn Collection How did I do?

- So guys I saw an ad on Craigslist for a Spawn collection which included at least 100 Comics for $135. So I need your help to know if I did a good job or not. This was my first time buying a lot like this fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻
#9 is 1st appearance of Angela and #100 is the Death of Angela (her rights were obtained by Marvel). Nice grab at a really good price.

Nice pick up ! #1 and #9 are cool books . They go for at least $10 . The other issues are around $4 a peice for the most part . I think you did great for $135 on the collection.
A couple of the later issues under #100 go for a bit more than $4 a peice . Just look up eBay sales . That's how I judge the price range on books.

awesome haul now let me give you some tips get them clean and press now issues 1,43,44,70,77,100,and especially issues 12 is worth a lot of money especially if it's a newsstand and 1st print and yes you got a great deal on them
Ya that’s a good deal check and see if any of them are newsstands, the issues don’t really start getting valuable until the 185 & early 200’s and all of those variants. A lot of those are pretty pricey and hold they’re value pretty good
Spawn#1,9 and 77,are the best books you grabbed and i paid like $30 for #77 so those books will hold there value and newstand Spawn comics go for more money put you can look online to see what the big keys are in the Spawn run.
Damn good deal if youd buy them invidually be very expensive.#5 will probably be worth something in the long run 1st appearance of the most hated villain in comic history!!! Spawn 100 definitely worth something#50 fore sure #9 is 👍 good one

Also don't worry, I used to do the same with my collection. Buy most, not all 70s and 90s fb, sell em buy other things like comics etc. 👍😎

spawn has had a resurgence since 300 and is popular again all of a sudden so yea there is a little market for them
Spawn comics always sell. The rarer ones are from 175-250 or so but others have value too.
I am also putting together my collection, but since they are impossible to find in Argentina, I am buying the integrals and the volumes that come from resurrection. by the way excellent find and price for those comics, congratulations

Yeah pretty good haul. Not sure if those indentations will press out but someone who is a little more knowledgeable of such things would know. I'd buy that lot, nice shape for sure.

How much do you guys think an spawn 1-100 mint condition is worth ?
Hmmm I’m not sure there would be a few key issues in there some from $10-$15 and then there are a bunch of issues worth about $3-$5 so could be a good amount. The biggest question I guess would be are you trying to sell them individually or as a lot?

Yabi’s Hobbies very far from a full run, only about 50 issues in, mostly the first issues and the latest from issue 298, the rest in between. Rick and Morty is the greatest cartoon for me!

Yabi’s Hobbies my first spawn was #45 when it came out but I was a kid unable to buy ongoing so I missed out until recently I got back into it. I havent given a shot at the rick and morty comics but I plan to!

I bought the whole collection for $135 that was a couple years ago but even then it was a steal of a price. I look back at this lot and still can’t believe it
Issues number4 with coupon is the one you need.
All of them are trash. Just throw them away. #77 ball that one up throw it on the floor and step on it 6 or 7 times, then throw it away.
11 and 25 are good

Guy either got bored with collecting or he stole them. $135 for all of those is questionable. Either stolen or had absolutely no idea of the books worth. I find myself jealous of this find
Thanks man I was super stoked to find this myself. He said he was bored and had been collecting for a long time.... idk about him but I have always regretted selling I’ve collected for quick cash
