These people are not serious.. Is this how you market a place for sale.. One part unfinished cupboards in but not painted or trowel plastered.. Same old fashioned style from 1940's Noooooo! It doesn't look 80% complete more like 30%
Thanks for your input but this property is for sale unfinished and 'as is'. We can only put properties for sale in the state that they are when the owners wish to sell them. The bottom two apartments are complete. The upper level is to be complete along with the exterior. Many properties in Barbados are sold incomplete or that need work. The quotes to complete this property are less than $30,000 USD. The building cost of this property, which isn't old at all, would be far more than the current asking price. If you finished watching to the end of the video, you would have seen the pictures of the completed and already tenanted apartments. The 2nd apartment is also complete and tenanted. We have to market what we are given for sale, the video shows it exactly how it is which is helpful for many buyers.
