Submitting tax info for Nigerians is useless, either you submit it or not, they will still remove 30% of your earnings because Nigeria is not eligible to claim reduction, so....

You are very correct. Because Nigeria doesn't have a tax treaty with them, so they deduct nothing less than 24% from every payment sent to Nigeria. However, make you still try resubmit your own
