Visiting Bodø - The World's Strongest Tidal Current, a Double Beach and Our Worst Travel Mistake!

Earlier this year we had the opportunity to travel to Bodø in Norway, getting on an airplane for the first time in a year and a half. However, some poor planning led to us missing a flight for the first time ever, after making 262 flights without ever missing a single one before (although we have been close on some short connections!).
After finally getting there we had some amazing experiences seeing the strongest tidal current in the world (Saltstraumen), enjoying way more white tailed eagles than we every expected to see, hiking to a huge viewpoint at Keiservarden and walking on Mjelle beach, famous for its red sand.
