This is one of the best fantasy dramas I’ve ever seen. The actors/actresses are fantastic and superb, in portraying their characters. The costume designer, was fantastic, for every actor/ actress that wore his/her designs. The music and soundtrack was magnificent. The singers did a phenomenal job, with their beautiful voices. I was sorry this had to end. However, the storyline was nothing short of a fantastic work of art. Loved it!

The entire crew & production team did a fabulous job behind the scenes. I finished the entire series within a week, that’s how much I love it!

Vengo Gao features are really unconventional..his Western feature is more prominent. Not surprised if he has western blood in his ancestry..Dilraba features are really exotic..they make such good match..and their chemistry in ELoD is so so good...
vengo is pure chinese but yes I had read somewhere that his descendants or birthplace has a long lost Russian bloodline maybe thats contributing to his western look 😅 i think his birthplace is a border for China & Russian. Sorry if there's mistake🙏

I love this fantasy drama though I'm not a Chinese. The story is amazing! At first I'm confused with the story so I watched every episode. As I watched every episode, I was able to understand what the story conveys.
I have tried to watch so many different Chinese Dramas but in spite of the fact though 1 of them is among my favorites (Dilraba, Ven Gao, Yang Mi, ...) the lack of chemistry between my favorite & his/her lead actor turned me off. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by skipping scene but just can't continue after the first few episodes. So guess what? Back to re-runs of Eternal Love of Dream and Eternal Love again. Long Live Dong Hua - Xiao Bai and Ye Hua - Bai Qian.
