You'd need to use a bit of automation to make this work. So when the first activity on a lead is completed, you'd need to record the date/time in a custom field which you can then compare to the 'Lead Created' date.
Personally I don't. But the Leads Inbox is good if you receive a high volume of inbound leads that you need to make contact with an qualify before you convert them into deals (i.e. qualified opportunities)
Hello Paul...great video! Question for you: I run a b2b client acquisition agency, essentially...we schedule client meetings for our clients. I'm contemplating whether or not PD would be a good fit for my agency. I usually have 10-15 clients. We use Google Sheets to track everything. I've always wanted to share anayltics/dashboard with my clients, but have never been able to successfully pull it off in GS, it's a nightmare. I'm thinking, may be a good idea to track each client with PD...also, instead of using GS as a CRM, move to PD. Would I need a seperate license for each client? Have you ever worked with an agency like this? If this works, I have budget to put it together...just don't know if it's a good idea or not. Right now, it's a bit 'low caliber tactics' to use GS for our CRM as we follow up, logging in and out of numerous client GS tracking follow up daily. I would think PD would be FAR easier...thoughts?
Hi Adam, yes I think you could make this work. You don't necessarily have to invite them into your Pipedrive account as you can share dashboards via a link with each client (they don't need an account to view the dashboard). But if you would like them to be able to view deal details you would need a license for each client. Happy to help if you contact me here: paulminors.com/contact/
hey Paul - I can't seam to create that piechart you have of "open Deals by stage". I go to deal>progress>and then it only lets me see bar graph views. any ideas?
Is there a way to create reports based on the mulitple option custom data field? A deal might consist of 4-5 different options available in this custom field. These arent products, but rather different companies we are re-selling for. The product would be a subset of these companies but we use a different software for that.
Great video, I am still on the trial version, on my jot forms I capture utm values but these do not appear in the reports as an option for filtering. I can see the utm values in the deal details, I just can't see the option to use these as a filter in reports. Any ideas. Cheers John
In order to report on the campaign, it needs to be a single-option field. So this means you would need to update the field values for each campaign that you do.
Hi Paul,
is there a way to measure the response time from my employees?
The time between the lead added and the first contact?

Do you use Leads in pipedrive? My sales people are always confused when to use leads and when to use deals

For this you need to use the Deal Progress report type.

I'm afraid not as the Insights can only report on single-option fields. Using the Products feature would be the better way to go.

Are the fields set up as single-option drop downs?
@@minor-co No , I set them up as a text field, I will change and see what happens.
Whoops, if I set them up as a single option drop down then I have to set the value but the value for will change depending on the campaign ?
