Ive known ruben sim since his channel launched and i have showed up at several of his raids. he should not be getting sued and the only allegation roblox had said that is true about him is that he made multiple accounts to continue using roblox but they call it a "breach" of there user agreement and honestly he should'nt even be getting all this heat.
ruben sim is really edgy but he wants the best for roblox, that's why he develops games on it, that's why he make videos on it, that's why he criticizes it. i doubt half of the allegations are true.

Honestly nobody is in the right here.
Roblox is banning him for exposing a head admin, ignoring the literal criminal he exposed.

The thing is he didn’t actually do it the 18+ which roblox just decided to include for absolutely no reason that was complete and utter bs and the “terrorist threat” was him making a retweet of someone saying “PLEASE BLOW UP ROBLOX” which was clearly a joke but since Ruben exposed the head of moderation following a furry nsfw a few years ago on his work account where children follow him, he has been on the roblox watchlist he even got banned for absolutely no reason a couple of years back getting every account he made banned (IP ban)

i think one of the reasons ruben is getting sued is because of his “sneaking chinese players over the firewall in roblox” video. since “roblox” in China is very different and modified to be even more stricter, i’m pretty sure it’s illegal to try to bypass the censorship China has for roblox. can’t say its 100% the reason why since he won’t talk about the case until it’s over though. But it’s possibly a reason.
edit: just saw the other accusation of ruben making a terrorist joke. i’m pretty sure it was someone else who made the terrorist joke, and ruben retweeted or replied jokingly agreeing with the tweet, which isn’t really the best thing to do in the first place.
But, he just replied to it as a joke. Not meaning he actually wants it to happen. Plus, it's just a small joke. If he made a terrorist threat, he would get a bomb or something and say @roblox you're next. Or something like that.
