0:40 I think if you go into the HUD settings you can just move that red warning to any corner of the screen, I remember doing this in F1 22.

i remember grid autosport having backwards spa in official events (it was either career or those weekly leaderboard events) and going down the eau rouge at 320 on an r8 lms and trying to stop for the acute turn is stupidly fun

You MUST try COTA (Texas) backwards, sectors 1 and 3 are much more fun this way!

If you're interested, in Race Driver:GRID sometimes you can find organized career races on Spa backwards.
Both Eau Rouger in reverse and the car physics in itself(you touch another car=you spin=you die, you touch the grass=you spin=you die, you are facing the wrong direction and try giving gas=you spin indefinitely= you die) should be addressed as separate crimes against humanity to be treated with Norimberga rules.
Banality of Evil might be of use in regards of the army of angry RD:GRID defenders that renders that game apparently untouchable in debates.
I do prefer Shift even knowing that fares *only slightly* better, might be that I got my imprinting with that and not GRID.

@@OkayBurrito78 also, to remove the “backwards” sign that is in the middle of the screen when you go backwards. You go into the OSD settings, “customise OSD” and select the backwards warning (use the keybind hints on the bottom of the screen to navigate better) and just set the opacity of it to 0. Make sure you are in the “Time trial” osd costumisation. Hope this helps!
