Will it be safe to ride in the rain? With that external battery mounted on the bike?
If you tried it would have to be covered to avoid water damage. Maybe a waterproof bag where only the cord slips in/out.
How long does it last with that battery pack?
It lasts for days. I turn on the halo even in the daytime for better visibility. 30min to 1-hour rides about 3-4 times a week, and when I charge it, I still have 2 out of 5 lights on the battery pack. Night rides, I turn on the full headlight too. Hope this guesstimate helps! Thanks for checking out the video 🙏
