@@dibrusaikhova9815it is because such cut off predictors have not appeared in this 2023 exam like i have..hence they do not have the first hand experience of the toughness of the paper...if i would have not appeared in the exam, even i would have made such generalised prediction...
Paper was indeed tough as well as absurd. It will hardly tough 75. But problem with such paper is that simple mathmatics will not apply on cutoff. There is no doubt that pcs oriented aspirants arre facing to score 70. But in such papers, those who prepare for upsc can easily score above 75. Further if rumours are true and no of seats are above 900 then it can go around 72 because most ofnstudents are piling up around 70
@@Srq007 i have also given data of upsc high scorer who is scoring only 74 Q in uppcs...and there are many such cases of "good" upsc aspirants doing poorly in uppcs 2024..and the reason is what u already told..paper was "ABSURD"
@PrepareForUPPCS my only objection is on cutoff going below 70 because of performance of UPSC aispirants. Further 'concept of good ups aispirant' is dynamic and one aispirant who is good ryt not may not be good enough after 2 years. This paper was heaven for those good upsc aispirant who have crossed their 32 years and now going to settle for pcs. Try to have discuss with those. They are scoring above 80

@Srq007 obviously some will score above 80...but number of such people is quite low....hence they are not going to determine the cut off..even when upsc cut off went 75 marks..many scored 100+...it happens

@@poorvasaxenabtx5114 exam 200 marks ka hota hai..qsn 150 hote hain..yani ek qsn 200/150 yani 1.33 marks ka hua...maan lijiye 5 qsn delete ho gaye...to ab ek qsn 200/145 yani 1.38 marks ka ho gaya
