you can use milk for pasta sauces, its a béchamel sauce (basically homemade alfredo) if u dont have other sauces for pasta or just wanna switch it up every so often

i feel like milk is definitely used in pasta, eggs, and mac n cheese, it’s also used in french toast, hot chocolate, used to make icecream plus icecream products like milkshakes. milk is used for a lot of things jules.
Jules, I sort of know what you're referring to in terms of the raw carrots. Raw carrots doesn't necessarily make my throat itch, but if you take the smallest bite of it, it feels like it's stuck in your throat where you can't fully swallow it (at least that's the case for me since my throat is so small). Idk if that's your case too or not, but I usually just drink water to help the carrot go down my throat. Unless, it's a super soft food and sorry if this sounds very weird & maybe a little gross, but my throat literally will not let me swallow anything unless it's throughouly chewed and this includes raw vegetables too and I'm thinking that's due to the size of my throat.
I miss Annie so much and watching her and her mom and Haley reminds me of old days🥹 but only if she mention her dad and get back close to him😭he seemed so nice and take good care of them I hope one day to see them together 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

For my apartment I usually buy a large pack of raw chicken tenderloins and I little freezer bags of 3 in each. It works really well because all you have to do is take a baggie out and thaw it during the day and it’s ready to cook by the time dinner comes around. I also think doing that is a lot cheaper than buying precooked frozen chicken!
I loved this video! It’s a perfect watch considering I’m sick and stuck at home, but at least I have my comfort person to watch. My current fav snack is a nice warm cookie or some hot Cheetos. I loved you just hanging out with your mom, and I’ll definitely have to try the Quakers Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal since it’s Caleb’s favorite brand. Loved it as always and I’m excited for tomorrows video 🩵

Bakeries use milk for baking over water, you put it in cereal, oatmeal gets thicker if you use milk instead of water, mac & cheese ( prefer using chicken broth myself ), smoothies, people put milk in their coffee ( not everyone uses the creamers ), hot chocolate, black teas, matchas. ( milk will curdle in herbal tea. ) milkshakes ( because you use ice cream and milk. ) ALTHOUGH. do not drink milk if you have to sing, my mom used to sing at church and the choir director always used to tell her not to drink milk ( it makes the mucus thicker so you sound more nasally ).
Im not sure where I got this idea, but my favorite snack is cucumbers, grilled chicken, sesame dressing, everything bagel seasoning and a tiny bit of chili crisps in a bowl. Its so good for no reason.
SNACK SUGGESTION FOR UR SALMON RICE BOWLS!!! Those little seaweed packs and i highly suggest sesame seeds(the wasabi ones aren't spicy just flavorful!! and im super picky!)
Grocerie shopping is such a drag .. especially if you need to think of others living in same house and meal plan but you are exhausted! Otherwise food shopping for me is easy and fun

As for milk in your eggs yes you can use it. If you add a one teaspoon for each egg and whip it up it makes them lighter and fluffier.
