The Low Hanging Fruit sounds like the 2 Minute Rule which states that if you have a small task before you and you can do it within 2 minutes, then do it now within 2 minutes. Also remember that Perfection doesn't exist. Most anything, any time can be improved. Don't let setbacks throw you. Instead, adjust your strategy. Finally, use a journal to monitor your progress towards your mini goals.
Another tactic - Carry on getting everything which Alux gives to you and fill the gaps in your personality with self made mantras to move forward.

I find it fascinating how crypto prices can fluctuate so drastically in such a short amount of time. It's a testament to the volatility of the market and the unpredictable of investor sentiment. However, i believe that these fluctuation are simple part of the journey towards mainstream adoption and eventual stabilization. Despite the risk, i remain bullish on the potential of crypto currencies to disrupt traditional finance and usher in a new era of decentralized transactions. Recent volatility makes it impossible to predict bullish or bearish trends. And trading success depends on the pattern and signal source.
I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3yrs ,you see I’ve got a good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profits has been stalling,does it mean this unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risky opportunities to make profits?
There are a lot of strategies to make tongue wetting profits especially in a down market but such sophisticated trades can only be carried out by proper market experts.

Beautiful video, I agree with everything but Accountability. Having people hold you accountable is like validation. Seeking external validation to power your personal growth is dangerous. That’s why I think a lot of people find it hard progressing. To creat a well oiled system, learning to hold yourself accountable is the best way to start.
Yes! This is me. I don’t know anyone in real life who would really cheer for me in that way. Everyone is stuck in the same mindset and I have learned not to divulge any of my dreams or goals because they just bring me down. It gets lonely!
