Same here, if it is not in front of me, I forget that I have it and forget to use it. Is this a sign we have too many supplies??? Nahhhhh it is just a sign we have too many ideas and not enough time to use all the supplies ❤❤❤ and I am sticking to it!!! 😂
Barbara: boy,- I wish I was as organized as you are. I’m thinking of taking a week off from my job and to really get into it. My studio is an embarrassment. I’m not buying anything because I know I have it and just can’t find it. If you can’t find it, you can’t use it. I don’t even like to think of it. However, I’m at the point, I need to just do it! You might have just pushed me enough to get going! Carol from California
Love how going through your supplies you found many things you had forgotten and as I was watching I thought I remember you using that on a project. Will be interesting to see what you do with them. Maybe you could randomly choose a draw every so often and make something, using an item from the draw.
Any wood with holes really should be treated to be on the safe side, You should be able to get woodworm killer in a tin, brush all over and let it soak in, if there are any eggs in there it will kill them Your craft room is wonderful. Xx
Your craft room is my inspiration for a room of my own. Currently my creative space lives in what was once my dining room. Thank you for taking the time to go through your Scrap Box throughly. It helps me to figure out what I want for my own. Your room is not only beautiful but practical. ❤❤
So wonderfully organized!! ❤ It is so much fun to step back and see the space where you create such gorgeous art! It is an absolute sanctuary! 😃I am still living vicariously and can only dream of such a space but I absolutely enjoy seeing how you store your tools and supplies. I have gained so many ideas on how to organize in my little coat closet and utilize every inch of space. Thank you so much!! Blessings from Texas!!🥰🥰
Hi Barbara. Thanks so much for, once again, sharing your creative space. It's always inspirational, and your honesty is refreshing - how many of us 'find' things we'd forgotten about, things we no longer use, and/or items that need a new home! This video is a timely reminder that I should have another go at refining and reorganizing my supplies - I'm pretty sure there are some hidden treasures that need rescuing in amongst everything else! 😊🧡💚🤎
Tolle alte Buchpresse! Freue mich schon auf Teil 2. Liebe Grüße Nicole
What a beautiful dream 😂! It’s so wonderful to have that amazing Scrapbox. Given that you are an artist who makes art for a living, I can’t imagine you NOT having something so organized. I believe your beautiful organized room is conducive to making such beautiful art. You seem a lot like me in that too much mess or chaos actually inhibits your creativity. Thank you for giving us a tour of this amazing storage box. I’m sure you feel like you could easily have another one on a different wall 😂! Hugs 🤗❤️
Thanks Barbara! Now you've reminded yourself of all the great products you have, so I hope you play with them soon! Very impressive organizing! Thanks again for sharing! ❤❤
WOW, this was an eye opener for me. I enjoy creating cards and journals. I don't sell them. Instead, I gift them for special occasions or 'Just Because ' times. I love to watch all the creative crafts out there. I like to get ideas, suggestions from all crafters. One said before going out to buy something, check your home stash. Sure enough, I went back, checked my own little store and there it was😅. Today, I heard you mention you were looking for the item, didn't know where it was, I learned that I need to take inventory of what I have in my containers and I don't have a lot. I have moved and I got overwhelmed with all that I had that was the time I took to declutter, and that has also helped me from not buying unless I truly need it. Thank you for sharing your awesome craft closet. Well done.👍
I am so happy for you, I know how much you love this craft room, and this big boy of a shelves unit. Is amazing how much can hold. I wish they made a vintage one, or at least a wood coloured piece. ❤❤❤
Barbara, I love that cabinet. Wish I had room for it. Good thing you are showing us you craft things, you found some things you didn’t know where they had gone. 😊. I need that spray for the ink pads. I use mostly small ones and you are right, they do dry out quick. TFS! ❤️
Love your craft box tours! Its always evolving. I think i would move the embossing poof over with the embossing powders. You have done an amazing job categorizing! 😊
I am not too far away from getting one of these for myself so it's really interesting to see how you've organized it. Definitely need to mark this video so I can find it again! The struggle is real with craft organization!
I have the smaller size unit which is called the Hobby Box. It is very well made and i love it. It was my retirement gift to myself. I has one less panel on each side than the Scrapbox.
So much fun going thru your supplies ! I have amassed so much , love going thru it all and reorganizing. Really need to donate quite a bit again . Love these videos 🥰
Your lace organisation is fantastic wrapped around cardboard then placed into the acrylic box. I may borrow this idea for myself. I just have them thrown in a basket. Makes looking for something hard.
I do love your armoire 😍 and all your old pieces. The book press is beautiful 😍. My pencils and pastels are also neglected but will never throw away. I have to keep everything in plastic sweet jars, if I don't see it, I don't have it 🙈. Lol discovering a 'lost ' supply is awesome🙊. Ohhh THAT'S what that weird ring is for 😂😂😂 thank you! Pleased I kept it now 😁. Barbara you can add your perfect pearls to sprays and paints! Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖
Thanks so much for sharing your Scrapbox organization. Got a few good ideas on how to do some rearranging. Right now I have acrylic paints where you have your distress sprays. I use the sprays more and I like how you can see the colors. Looking forward to the next video. ❤
Thanks for the tour. I am inspired to do some more organizing. I've been in our house for just over 3 years and haven't completely settled into my space.. I was drooling over some of your supplies! It takes time to build a good stash! Meg
So I'm taking a break from packing up my craft room for what'll be probably about three months and I'm very sad! 😢😭😭... but! I'm going to choose to use this vid as inspiration for what my new craft room can be! Thank you, baby girl!! Big hugs, MomK 🤗❤️🌵❤️🤗
Thanks for sharing Barbara. My solution is a lot cheaper but works very well for me. I have the children's kabinets from Ikea with the plastic containers. You slide them in. Not as pretty as your Scrap Box, but very useful.😄
I also cannot get the results that others do with my crackle paint. I have thought of getting rid of it, but I still hope for a breakthrough, so I keep it.
Barbara, here's an idea,,, grab a pen and paper. watch this video. As you hear yourself say, I don’t use this because I forget I have it, write it down, keep as a list and put numbers out in front of each item. Once in awhile, randomly think of a number, grab that item, and create or just explore with it. Most often we forget things and it’s not because we don’t like them, they’re just not on our radar. You may find that something will become a go-to for several projects before you put it back on the shelf. If you do this let us know what came out of hibernation, lol. Sharing what is in each of your bins may have already gotten you to do something like this. 🥰👍
I think you should challenge yourself...take one thing that you have said many times you don't use something enough, and put it on your desk and make something with it. I find that when I see something I haven't used in awhile, I pull it out and make myself use it. Just a thought.
Hi Barbara. Thank you for the tour of your amazing cabinet. Does it come with all those plastic drawers/containers that you store all your stuff in? Looking forward to the next video in the other side. Have a wonderful day. 😊❤
Knutscher 🥰🥰🥰
You dont need to say 'I have..' we know its yours though its nice to know when you have been gifted..and if you use it 😉 The dobbers caught my ear. Is that something you have used in the last couple of years? Wouldn't they dry out? ...challenge 💖
How do you use idea-ology door handles for journal please? How about a video about using idea-ology findings in junk journal, please? I have so many…. hoarding😁🙄…
Same here, if it is not in front of me, I forget that I have it and forget to use it. Is this a sign we have too many supplies??? Nahhhhh it is just a sign we have too many ideas and not enough time to use all the supplies ❤❤❤ and I am sticking to it!!! 😂
😂❤️
A craftingspace is never finished- and organizing everything gives me the same happiness as crafting itself ❤️

You go, girl! You can do it! 💪🏼😊❤️
Suggestion, make an inventory list so you have a visual list that you can have near crafting desk?.
Love how going through your supplies you found many things you had forgotten and as I was watching I thought I remember you using that on a project. Will be interesting to see what you do with them. 24:40. i am very very much into home-made stamps so this part was super interesting for me.

Your craft room is wonderful. Xx
"Taming the beautiful chaos." I love that.
Always fun to see how you organize your supplies.

Thank you!
WOW, what a craft store, oh I mean craft room. Wonderful way to organize years of collecting supplies. Love your ScrapBox!
Consider using perfect pearls on the gel plate. Sprinkle on wet paint for grungy texture and color.
Such a great way to store everything. If i dont see it, i won't use it either. Thank you for sharing the command center

Thanks! Another one would definitely be too much for me to handle. I would be totally overwhelmed 😅

Hi Barbara, Collall also has a textile glue. And it is also affordable.
I am so happy for you, I know how much you love this craft room, and this big boy of a shelves unit. Is amazing how much can hold. I wish they made a vintage one, or at least a wood coloured piece. ❤❤❤
A really amazing unit
The antique book press is such a find, my dear. It’s beautiful!!!

I always wanted one of these 😍😍😍thank you for sharing it, it is still on my wish list! Enjoy your holiday 🎉
Love this...looking forward to Part 2!! ✂️🖌🧵🖍🎨

Thank you sweetie! ❤️
You have inspired me to clean my closet!!
Awesome! 😃👍🏻❤️
Ya, my inks dried out too. My craft store does not sell the refresher. Good you do this, so you remember what stuff you have!😊
Genießt die Zeit!!! ❤

Overwhelming 😅 but beautiful and so organized 😍 love it ❤
I like the closet so much❤
Thank you Barbara I just love the box and hope some day I can afford one.
Im keeping my fingers crossed 🤞❤️
Diese Buchpresse❤❤❤ Und alles andere auch😄🥰👍🏻
Thanks for sharing Barbara. My solution is a lot cheaper but works very well for me. I have the children's kabinets from Ikea with the plastic containers. You slide them in. Not as pretty as your Scrap Box, but very useful.😄
Hello Barbara! The little letter-type box, why not cut it in half and make a JJ cover with it? TFS your craft cabinets!! ❤
Interesting idea, thanks!
Another idea for that box is to save excess alphabet die cuts. Make a cover out of the plastic pieces you want to get rid of.
I also cannot get the results that others do with my crackle paint. I have thought of getting rid of it, but I still hope for a breakthrough, so I keep it.

Hi Barbara. Thank you for the tour of your amazing cabinet. Does it come with all those plastic drawers/containers that you store all your stuff in? Looking forward to the next video in the other side. Have a wonderful day. 😊❤
The acrylic drawers are an upgrade. The cabinet comes with fabric boxes.

Vielen Dank für deine Ideen, Süße 🥰
Barbara, you should do a craft challenge using only things you would not normally use!
😬
8:08 are you sure those are watercolor pencils? I didn’t know Prismacolor made watercolor pencils 🤔
Yes, they are 😊
You dont need to say 'I have..' we know its yours though its nice to know when you have been gifted..and if you use it 😉 The dobbers caught my ear. Is that something you have used in the last couple of years? Wouldn't they dry out? ...challenge 💖
I use them sporadically….
How do you use idea-ology door handles for journal please? How about a video about using idea-ology findings in junk journal, please? I have so many…. hoarding😁🙄…
I think Luise Heinzl‘s channel would be a good fit for you, as she is a TH Maker 😊
Barbara if you put the things you don’t use very often on your desk it will remind you to use them at least once or twice in your journals …????
