Because the Canadian Government is spending Billions dollars to make sure you Don't get an actual result that you are seeking. But, its going to obstruct your search, intercept your communication, and forward malicious materials on Top of Google search; or promote the corrupt British Royal Family fucking stories that everyone of us hate to hear!
You should be able to change it bu typing:
www.google.com...
For Chorme:
If this doesn't works; go to the Chrome setting, and type
www.google.com...
as your site
For Windows 10 Explore:
1- setting
2- Choose Specific Page
3- Choose Custom
4- Type
www.google.com...
5- Push plus + sign
6- Delete all other browsers by pushing the Cross X
7- close all windows
8- Open Explore, make sure to see Google "clean page"
9- make sure there is no google.ca at address bar
